We now have a new system for volunteering/visiting in our school: when you sign in at the office you will need to collect a BHPS lanyard and place your Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) card in it for the duration of your visit and return the lanyard to the office when you sign out as you leave.

If you are not wearing a BHPS lanyard displaying your card when you enter the classroom you will be asked by staff to return to the office. 

The only times you are not required to sign in and wear your WWVP Card are:
- Dropping off or collecting children
- Attending school community events (assemblies, athletics carnivals, etc.)
- Attending information sessions or parent/teacher interviews, etc.
