In the past, purple incident report forms have been sent home with students for every injury they have sustained whilst at school.  In future, these forms will be limited to those injuries of a more serious nature, which may also result in a phone call home.

Injuries of a minor or superficial nature, either requiring no treatment or application of (e.g.) antiseptic cream, bandaid or similar dresssing, will be recorded in minor injury logbook by staff for future reference.
