End of Year Presentation Assemblies

Our end of year presentation assemblies will again be run separately, with Kinder- Prep on Tuesday, 15th December commencing at 11:15am. Grade 1 – 2 will follow after lunch at 1:30pm.

The Grade 3 - 4 presentation assembly will be held on Friday, 11th December commencing at 5:00pm, followed by the Grade 5-6 presentation assembly at 6:45pm. It is expected that the Grade 5-6 assembly will run a little longer than the other assemblies, providing an opportunity for our Grade 6 students to celebrate their primary school years.  Students in Grades 3, 4, 5 and 6 who are members of the school band and senior choir are invited to attend both assemblies.  The parents of these children will only be able to attend the actual assembly of their child, but are welcome to stay at the school in Minimbah where they can have a coffee to wait for their child to sing or perform.

The assemblies will be live streamed to allow family and friends who cannot be present to tune in and watch students perform.  While this is a different format than we would prefer, it is a unique opportunity for every child to be up on stage and present - something we are very much looking forward to.

Each student will be able to have one parent or family member attend their assembly. If you have two children in Grade 1-2, for example, each child can have one parent attend, so both parents will actually be able to attend.  Both parents from split families will be permitted to attend the presentation assembly for their child. Please contact the office on 6445 1187 to book your seat.

We understand parking spaces in our car park are limited, and ask visitors to be mindful of where and how they park, and to keep the disabled parking spot near the office accessible should it be needed.  The school oval will be open for overflow parking. Please enter through the laneway by the rage cage.

To make sure we are looking after the health and safety of the community, and to comply with COVID-19 Safe Workplace requirements, visitors to our school are asked to complete a Visitor Health Screening Form, covering a standard set of questions about COVID-19 risk.  This will allow us to trace visitors who have been at our school should the need arise.  Please arrive at school in time to complete this form before the assembly, or you can complete the form electronically prior by clicking on this link.

We look forward to celebrating our students' achievements!
