To make sure we are looking after the health and safety of the community, and to comply with COVID-19 Safe Workplace requirements, visitors to our school are asked to complete a Visitor Health Screening Form, covering a standard set of questions about COVID-19 risk, when they sign in at the office.  This will allow us to trace visitors who have been at our school should the need arise.
