Athletics Carnival
The BHPS Athletics Carnival will take place, weather permitting, on Friday 28th February. In the event of poor weather it will be postponed until the 13th March. Children will need to have appropriate clothing for hot and cold weather including a sun hat and plenty of water to drink. Parents and friends are welcome to come and join us and help cheer house teams in some friendly competition, starting at 9.30 am on the school grounds.
Students will be sitting with their own team. Coolongatta – blue, Illawarra – red, Imbru – yellow. If children could wear a top or coloured ribbon of their team, this would assist with marshalling, other children identifying their own team members and making the recording of results much easier.
As this is NOT a school day for Kinder students, parents are most welcome to bring their child to join in some events for Kinder, but will need to stay and supervise their own child.
