Assembly
Our final assembly for Term 3 was held today, showcasing learning from across our school. Prep Joeys shared their narratives, we enjoyed a recorder and percussion musical item, and 5-6 Cockatoos shared their AUSLAN sign language knowledge. Thank you to all parents, other family members and friends for making the time to attend the assembly - our student simply love sharing their learning and achievements with you.
A highlight of our assemblies is seeing students recognised for their achievements. Every student in our school is working towards being their best. This is achieved by students demonstrating our school and Department values – Respect, Courage, Growth and Aspiration. Congratulations to these students for receiving certificates in our assembly:

The Boat Harbour Primary School Cross Country will be held on our school grounds this Friday, 20th September. This is a wonderful opportunity for our students to come together, demonstrating their persistence and determination to try their best. We encourage all students to have a go, with participation by all encouraged. Parents and friends are welcome to join us to cheer students as they run, jog or walk the course. Happy Holidays
This is our last newsletter for Term 3. As we head towards the school holidays I wish everyone a safe and enjoyable break. I can’t wait to embrace Term 4, enjoying a strong finish to the end of the school year. Don’t forget that Term 4 will bring warmth and sun with some bite, so school hats will be required by all once again.
