As part of their introduction to energy concepts, 6S recently completed a science investigation focused on classifying energy inputs and outputs. Working in small groups, students examined a variety of everyday items identifying the types of energy used to power them and the forms of energy they produce. This investigation allowed the Grade 6s to build a stronger understanding of energy transformations, preparing them to dive deeper into the world of electricity for the remainder of the term!
