Bravehearts Keep Safe Adventure Education Program
Next Wednesday 31st July students from Kinder – Grade 4 will take part in a 35 minute personal Safety Education Program, The Ditto Show.
The Ditto Show is a program run by Bravehearts and provides students with the basic principles of personal safety to enable them to stay safe in a fun, engaging and interactive manner. Topics covered during the session will include: yes/no feelings, the body’s warning signs, private parts and what to do if you feel unsafe or unsure. The principles taught throughout this session have been shown to reduce the prevalence of child assault, violence and bullying in a range of settings.
Session times:
9.15am Kinder Wombats, Kinder Wallabies, Prep Joeys and Prep Echidnas
10.00am 1-2 Quolls, 1-2 Koalas, 1-2 Bilbies, 3-4 Bandicoots and
3-4 Kookaburras
