During Term 4 Prep/1S have had a focus on learning about money. We have looked at the features of Australian coins and watched a clip about how coins are made. It was fun playing games to help us practise recognising the coins. We have also been learning about the value of the coins and that if a coin is bigger than others it might not always mean it is worth more. We enjoyed looking at money from different countries and old Australian money and comparing it to the coins we use in Australia.
